Claimant says:
"Spoke to several representatives. They claim the fading of the leather on my recliner is not their responsibility. I purchased the recliner from LaZboy 2 years ago this July and purchased the coverage for extra protection for $109 from Guardsman. They won't even send someone to look at the chair. The chair was affected by the headrest which I have covered with a towel and the front of the armrests that are not touched my the hand or arm. I have sent pictures of the faded areas to LaZboy and hope they will do something to resolve the problem. I will never recommend Guardsman to anyone. Their protection policy is terrible and should be investigated. Not to have any courtesy extended to customers who might be right."
