Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"five years ago I filed a complaint against a game tech I thought was treating me mean. Pogo did nothing about it. It passed I thought until I went to another game to play and there He was; He wasn't going to let me play. I ask Him to forgive me and lets forget about it. He refused; The game is Payday Solitare and HIS boss knows all about the fuss. He has a search on the rooms I visit and harasses me constantly each time I play the game. He makes me quit the hands without finishing by slapping signs in my face and making me undo what I have gotten so far; He does this to me every time I go to this game which is almost every day. His bosses will not make HIM stop no matter how many times I ask them to make Him stop bothering me on the game chat. I am stressed out over this for I like to play this game and pay a membership each year. He has been doing this to me almost 6 years.My 6 year membership dues will be soon.Pogo has very mean employees and no one seems to care.....Is there any thing that can be done about this?I have written Pogo customer Service about this numerous times and I never hear from them."

  • Online harassment and bullying is an extremely serious problem and I'm very surprised that Electronic Arts hasn't addressed your complaint.

    I'm not an online game player,  so bear with me if I ask the following questions:

    Is it normal for online games to have techs following the games?

    How can you identify the tech? How do you know it's the same one?

    Has EA or Pogo ever responded at all to you individually or via the site and have they acknowledged your concerns?

    Have they identified any tech?

    My impression has always been that techs only fix bugs rather than supervising games but I may be wrong.

    I can't say that I would see why you would pay for another membership if the game doesn't bring you any joy but I can understand that you would want to alert Pogo to bullying or harassment for the sake of other players.
