Claimant says:
"I invested $2,500.00 on the 11/ 19/13 with Norman Jones to be a grow investor and by the end of February harvest. the return of $10,000 shall be paid within 14 to 30 days after said harvest. my investment was $2500.00 and the return $10,000, well already passed 30 he just deposit $400 on February 28 and he will deposit another $400 January 28, I spoke to him and he got angry and told me that if I keep calling him he wouldn't give me any money, and the payment was $400 dollars every month, so I don't think is fair that he took my $2500.00 and he is going to give them $400 every month, the contract says something different, I want him to give my all my money $9,600. 00"
