Claimant says:
"My motor home and car were hit by golf ball size hail on Oct. 18th at 8pm. Notified insurance agent on Oct 19th who gave me a number to call. Did so and got a recording whom called later that afternoon. Sent an adjuster who arrived on 10-22 2015. He was not here 30 min. Took him over a week to get info back to Ohio. I had to drive 20 miles to get estimates on both vehicles. They wanted to charge me for estimates and drive my motor home which I live in full time. Got estimate back on motor home and was informed by Joy Pearson of Ris Holdings that I had to pay 70 percent of the estimate because of the age of my home. Not only that I have floating deductible which means I have to pay $500 for each vehicle to start repairs. Then at their discretion they will send it back to me. It will be 5 weeks Sunday since the hail storm and there were about 45 other RVs in the park and I am the only one that I can find not settled with Ins. I am a Veteran, Senior citizen and on Social Security. God Bless America LB Stahnke"

  • How can this claim be resolved when Blue Sky will not negotiate a fair settlement as their adjuster made some Betterment claims that are true or cannot be replaced at his price.

  • It is now April 8th 2016 and my claim # 1013543-185518 is still not settled. They Keep asking for information that has been sent up to 3 times. This all started Oct. 18th 2015.
