"I ordered a sofa and put down a large deposit a long time ago (details on receipt). Every time I call they say it's delayed and keep giving me new later dates. They have my money and will not return the money to me and cannot deliver the sofa and will not even talk to me on the phone. The receptionist always says they are out of the building. I will never do business with them again after this sofa incident gets resolved."
