Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I brought my car to Friendly's because the transmission was acting up. They worked on it, charged me more than $1300 for repairs (estimate was $1100), and a week later I was still having the problem, so I took it to another shop. They told me the transmission needed replacement, not repair, and Friendly's would/should have known that before proceeding with the work. When I discussed the problem with Friendly's, Jim said "that's their opinion" and told me they would not be giving a refund or adjustment."
