Claimant says:
"I responded to an ad for a stop smoking CD for $1.99 on 3 March, and the charged my debit card for $1.99 on the same day, then on the 15th of March my account was debited for $84.97 and I received another CD, which I did not order, which was refused and sent back. In April I received another CD and another charge to my account on April 15th for $84.97, I have sent the CD back refused. On May 16th My account was again debited for $ 84.97 and another CD arrived which has been refused and returned. Upon talking with a representative on the phone, I was told that I could only be reimbursed for the last one sent. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was put on hold and when he came back, he stated that the supervisor was busy and would call me back in 30 minutes. After one hour and no call, I tried calling them again, All I got was a recording and that my estimated wait time was 4 minutes and that I was caller # 4, by the time that I became # 2 caller my wait time changed to 3 minutes and 6 minutes then 10 minutes. I simply want this company to be flagged as a scam company and would like to get back the $ 254.91 that they have taken from me, before I caught it.
