"Same issue w 2011 Murano that was purchased new at the above dealership..(WRIGHT NISSAN) Vhe has been in for service 5-6x concering a drive train issue (slipping) No one at dealership or Nissan have been able to resolve my defective vhe... General Manger Tom Hull is like speaking to an empty box, NO HELP! Service Mgr Jack Maddox, although sounding concerned about my reoccuring problem has made some broken promises,as far as possible service... And also has made a few comments that has questioned my intelligence.. Ken and Bob Wright are never avail by phone and do not have voice mail.. Go figure, XXX poor ownership. 3 generations of buying off of the Wright family,,Hide and delegate..Post your family name all over Wexford and when a problem arises ,,,HIDE!!! Just remember Wright Nissan a dollar spends anywhere ??? Completely TICKED AND BEYOND FRUSTRATED JAB"

  • Wright Nissan has test drove vehickle multiple times and can not duplicate the customers concern. We would be happy to continue to work with Mr Blaha if he can demonstrate the condition he describes to us during operation of the vehicle. The vehicle is under Power Train Warranty until 60,000 miles. The vehicle currently has 14,000 miles.
