Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Granite countertops were installed on 10-23-2012. When the job was done, I felt the top surfaces between the stove and sink area. The finish on the surface had not been smoothed off. I asked at the time, the employee said 'there maybe some glue on the surface and I could brush or scrape it off as it dries'. I took him at this word. It did not happen. I called the owner of the business (Deneen). I called several times but got no answer. I finally got a hold of her and she said she would come out to look at the problem. She did and said that something was wrong with it, she used a razor blade to scrape some of the places. the problem still was there. She said she would call the company that sent it. I waited several weeks but no reply. I called her several times and she said she was still trying to get a hold of the company. She has lied to me about calling me back. I did confront her about the problem, I asked her wasn't they suppose to check out the granite before they use it? She said yes,but the company needs to tell them what to do. We paid $3000.00 for this granite countertop, it needs to be right. I have put this off way to long."

  • We thought you where an honest and forthright company wanting to satisfy and give a excellent product to their customer. It mays me sad that you'll didn't care to meet the needs of our concerns about the countertop which would have made you'll a company that really tries to meet the needs of the customer.

  • I can't believe this has gone this far and I have had NO contact from Wright's Countertops. It saddens me that a private business would do this to their customer. Then you wonder why people go to big Business to have their work done. sad day.
