"I AM REQUESTING THAT THE COURT BE FAIR AND GIVE ME MY RIGHTS UNDER THE CALIFORNIA WORKMAN COMP LAWS WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN HONOR FOR ME UNDER ITS LAW. FOR OVER 12 YEARS AGO I HAD A SIMPLE SLIP AND FALL. I WAS 48 YEARS OLD AT THE TIME OF MY INJURY I AM NOW 61. MY UNCONTESTED INJURIES FROM THE COMPANY I WORK FOR IS NOW GONE OUT OF BUSINESS AT THE FREMONT LOCATION. I AM NOT FIGHTING THE COMPANY WHERE I WAS INJURIED I AM FIGHTING MY ATTORNEY RAYMOND G, WRIGHT AND THE WORKMAN COM COURT JUDGE MILLER WHO BOTH TOOK A LOYALTY OAT UNDER GOD. MY RIGHTS HAS BEEN TAKEN AND BEEN DENIED. WHERE IS THE JUSTICE FOR ME, HOW CAN I GET IT. I AM DISABLE FROM THE INJURIES. I HAVE SUFFER MENTAL STRESS I LOST MY MARRIAGE AND 2 HOUSES, BECAUSE OF POOR REPRESENTATION BOTH FROM MY LAWYER AND THE COURTS. JUST MY SIMPLE RIGHTS SUCH AS MY MILEAGE REMIBURSEMENT SINCE 1998-2005. I FILLED OUT THE CLAIM FORM AND I HAVEN'T GOTTEN PAID YET, I HAVEN'T FILE 2005-2011. I AM STILL WAITING FOR 1998-2005. I AM ALSO WAITING FOR MY $5000 DOLLARS FROM VOCATIONAL TRG WHICH I SIGN BACK IN 1999. I ALSO HAVE NOT REC'D. I SIGNED FOR A SETTLEMENT OF THE CASE BACK IN 2003 WHEN I BECAME TTD I STILL HAVE NOT REC'D ANY MONEY FROM THE SETTLEMENT ALL OF MY RIGHTS UNDER THE CALIFORNIA WORKMAN COMP LAWS HAVE BEEN VIOLATED. WHY... I HAVE NO IDEAL WHY. THAT IS WHY I NEED FOR THIS CASE TO BE REVIEWED AND EVALUATED TO SEE WHY MY CASE WAS HANDLE AS SUCH. AND TO VERITFY THAT I WAS INDEED RIGHTS VIOLATED BY LAW."

WRIGHT THAT I WOULD NOT BE RETURNING BACK TO THE WORK FORCE. I FEEL I HAVE WAITED LONG ENOUGH 12 YRS IS FAR TOOO LONG. TIME IS UP.
