Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I went to a bank of america atm and used my woodforest debit card to withdraw money in the amount of 100.00 plus a 3.00 fee and a 2.00 fee from my bank. the atm went through everything but did not dispence any money or receipt. it did not even sound like it was trying. I called my bank sitting in the atm with a car behind me. they did not show a charge so i thought it was ok. the next day i have a charge on my woodforest account. when i disputed it a few days later when i could get to my branch to sign papers. then i get a letter dated 07/14/11 saying the owner of the atm said money was despenced. I want the camera checked i did not get any money he is lieing. i tryed to go back to my bank woodforest and they send me to bank of america which will not give me any information or help at all i tryed over six times. they say my bank has to handle this and my bank won't. will someone please get me my money back. 100.00 is alot to someone who is disabled. plus my bank charges another 2.00 to file the claim that was denied my banks case id#is 12400411 offence 06/30/11 at woodwinds spring tx address to the atm 13084 veterans memorial dr houston tx 77014 the offence happened right around 12 noon."
