Claimant says:
"We were preswated to change our tv service from charter to direct tv. for a payment of 37.99 per mo. for the first year then go up to 50.00. They (direct tv) are billing us for $50.00 now and told us it is to go up next year to $75.00. We dont like the tv channels we are getting. Most are commercials selling things. It's the charge that is not right. We did not sign a contract with directv my husband only signed a paper when everything was installed. That's all. We want out from direct so we can go back to charter. The charge from direct was for 4 tvs. We want out and not pay $400.00 to go back."

    We want to inform you that you are getting an amazing deal. You would not be able to get Charter on 4 TV's for less money. ( Charter would be $64.99 with 4 rec and TV only). We can help you look at ALL your bills and try to see where the miscommunication is. I can also scan the contract to you that you signed. We would like to work with you to resolve this issue.
