Claimant says:
"Last JuJy 2016 I requested Williams Air to repair a travel trailer air conditioner ( permanantly located at Timberpoint campground, Russel Springs KY.) They called me indicating the unit could not be repaired. I asked them for an estimate for a new unit. (Attached is a copy for a new unit, $1800) I told them to replace the unit.
The unit was installed in late June and we spent the 4th of july at the unit. We noticed a problem and called williams sometime after we returned, I talked with Mr. Williams and informed him of problem and we both thought the problem was because a new analog thermostat was not installed. After the thermostat was replaced my daughter spent a log weekend there and informed me that the air conditioner shut off in the middle of the night. After restarting the unit worked fine until a few days later she returned and found it had shut off sometime while she was gone.
Williams has been out several times and cannot find problem. In addition they are now billing me for service calls. I have contacted them ( Mr. Williams will not speak to me) they are telling me that they only installed the unit and are not liable for repairs.
After many calls I was able to reach someone at Dometic ( manufacterer) and was told this should be covered by a warrenty. Now williams has requested the name of person I spoke to, which I don't have.
Please help me, this dosen't sound right."

    "We responded to this claim on February 16, 2017. We won't consider any offer until Mr. Binetsch has paid what he owes us. When he says it isn't working and we stop what we are doing and check on it, and it is working fine, there is nothing to fix. So he owes us for a service call and the time we spent looking for a problem."
