Claimant says:
"My family and I have been harassed. Mrs Garcia calls my relatives morning, day, and night and they have nothing to do with the account. Wells Fargo took payments out of my dads account without authorization causing him to go negative. She made comments to me saying "at least I can pay my bills." She called my brother from her personal cellphone pretending to be a customer of mine. She flat out lied to me and told me that if I surrender my truck I will be able to get it back under certain terms, which she later changed. We have tried to complain to her supervisor in the legal department and he was just as rude as she is."

  • After reading this post I have to say this this claimant is being completely honest about Nadine Garcia's integrity and business practices, although it sounds pleasant in comparison to my experience with her. I too have been threatened and lied to by this person about a debt owed by another party (not me). I think Ms. Garcia is the scum of the earth. She makes her living doing the devil's work and I sleep well at night knowing that this demon of a person will one day burn in hell for her sins.

    Nadine Garcia and Wells Fargo Dealer Services are prime examples of companies that have somehow been able to continually violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act without punishment. I only wish we lived in a society where people like this, who make their living through lies, threats, and intimidation, could be legally tried and sentenced to death for their criminal actions.

    Unfortunately though, we allow people like Ms. Garcia to continue to make happily her living through intimidation and threats. Somehow it's ok for a person like this to lie to an old woman and tell her she's in danger of going to prison for the debt of a relative. In other circles this behavior is considered extortion or racketeering, yet Ms. Garcia is free to violate Federal, State, and moral laws with impunity.
