"To begin our complaint is with Water World Purification Co. and Aqua Finance Co/ Cunnet, I may have it spelled incorrectly but it is close. (another name Aqua uses ). Eduardo Martinez tech/salesman from Water World came to our home to sell a water system. This happened on September 10, 2013. We did not buy that day so the sales person Eduardo Martinez came back on the 12th and convince us from a $5,400.00 treatment cost, which we never signed a contract to that affect (yet they have one with my husbands name on it) we have yet to see that document. We had agree to the following price, sold us a system for $3,460.80 on a buyers agreement document contract, which they say is not valid now. He stated that by September 16th, if we were not satisfied that he would have it taken out , no questions ask and no cost to us. I do have a signed document to that affect. Then the Aqua Finance company calls and tells us that the cost of the unit is $5,400.00 by the contract Water World sent them and we said no way. She stated that is the contract that Water World sent them. I have ask for her to send me a copy either E-mail, fax, regular mail, have not received nothing to this date of Feb. 25, 2014. This happened before the 3 days cancellation cut off so we called and cancelled on Sept. 14, 2013. Long story short, we still have the unit and I have numerous times called to ask to speak to the own by the name of Jorge and so far he has not responded. Now Aqua finance has put a lien on our property and I told them that We cancelled in plenty of time and Water World refuses to come after the system. Their attitude is they are standing behind Water World even knowing they were sent a bogus contract. We have never even seen that contract and we still have the buyers agreement of $3,468.00 one but do not want the system because Water World as we found out has three to four different contracts in our name. This a rip off company taking advantage of senior citizens and 100% disabled veterans as our selves. We need help with this problem and need this company to come and get their system out of our yard and get the lien off. They also broke our Rain Soft system when removing it. That system stop working is the reason we thought we would replace it with a better one. By the way it is not working either. They refuse to honor our buyers agreement and won't come after their system. We need your help. We hired an attorney to send a demand letter and Water World's Senior tech Eduardo Martinez called our attorney and was very rude to him and still refuses to come after the system. We are trying to get a VA loan and was denied because of the lien on the property by Aqua Finance Co. they state pay them and they will remove the lien. To me that is simply a sort of blackmail threat. I told them that if we were to give any money to them then that obligates us to the $5,400.00 contract. They say if you want the VA loan that is the deal. What a company . I do believe that these two companies are working together ripping off unexpected consumers'. PLEASE BE WARE OF WATER WORLD's false advertisements also. They say for $4.95 you can get their system, they lied on that also. They came back with you are on a well so you don't qualify. I pointed out that was not on their add. All in all Water World Purification System of Sarasota Florida off McIntosh rd. is a scam company along with their cohorts so-called Aqua Finance Co. I do hope you can help us. All we want is to have Water World come and get their system and fix what they broke and for Aqua Finance to get their money back from that company of Water World and remove the lien off the property. Aqua Finance person by the name of Shawna keeps calling when I tell her we are not going to pay for this system. Sincerely : Virginia Algar"

  • That so-called Buyers agreement of $5468.00 is a fraudulent document, we have no such documents. Both companies have 3-4 different documents and prices. Some how they have managed to rig a document saying that I (now they say it was me, when at first they say it was my husband) sent it via e-mail. WRONG! Doesn't it look very suspicious that our one and only buyers agreement ends in the same last three numbers and the only one changed is the from a 3 to a 5. umm, think about that. Actually has anyone ever seen two contracts that look the same except for the first number is different, don't think so. Eduardo Martinez must have changed the price to another document. Any way we cancelled in plenty of time so they need to do what is right and stop trying to rip people off. I understand that Mr. Martinez will lose his commission but that's part of the job. This not how it was done We agreed to $3468.00 and now we decided in legal time to cancel. Oh, look at their response back anyway. First they say the amount is $5468. then further down they quote $4,990.00 that is the difference of $478.00. And by the way if they have a true document signed by us way don't they look at the spelling, it is wrong. The receptionist for Water World even stated they had around 4 different contracts at the time in the office and she was even confused and that did not make any since but yet no one will send any of them to us as I requested because we do not have such documents. We only have the buyers agreement which we did cancel as of what Mr. Martinez had stated in a written statement on a piece of paper I had him sign. They(both companies) are that hard up for money because of the economy we are in that they go around and pry on unsuspected people who they think will not fight back. Well this family is fighting back. They need to fix what their workers broke and come and get the system that belongs to them and Aqua Finance needs to really get that lien off our property and do the right thing. How don't see how people can sleep at night knowing what horrible things they do in the name of money.

  • Aqua Finance has clearly misread the numbers on the buyers agreement I want this resolved ASAP and need help to do so. I will discuss further action against Aqua Finance and Water World for damages when some other third party contacts me further about this situation.
