Claimant says:
"On 10/30/2011, I had an oil change service at Walmart tire & lube express # 1464. On 11/21/2011, my car's engine making noise badly, I drove my car to Toyota dealer to check it. A service manager at Toyota told me that the engine had about 2 quarts of oil more than the maximum limit and caused for the engine making noise very bad. He asked me to call Walmart store manager to send a technician or a service manager to come to Toyota dealer to inspect it. I called Walmart manager to report the problem of my car and asked them to send a technician to Toyota dealer to inspect the problem. He declined to doing so. He told me that I should bring the car to Walmart to check it before I bring to Toyota. Now, the car was at Toyota dealer, it's their problem. They should fix it for me. Toyota does not want to fix it. They said that the problem was caused by Walmart tire & lube express, my warranty will not cover for the damage. I have a 2007 Toyota Camry and it had 36685 mlies on it. The cost of new engine is about $ 8500.00."
