Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I purchased a 2013 Passat in July 2013 with my first payment being due on Aug 26th. I have typically made payment very early excluding the Feb 26, 2014 payment which I made a couple of days early. I found very early on after making a payment early, that I have to call customer service & tell them to post it to my next payment due otherwise they will post it to principal instead of to my next payment that was due. I shouldn't have to call them every month to tell them this. Since they misapplied payments & had to back out them & re-post them, they have cut of my ability to view my payment history on-line. I have to call & request the payment history be sent to me which they post to a message on their website so I have to sign onto my VW Credit account to view the message since they won't send it to my email address. I was told that after my 6th payment posted, I would be able to view my payment history on-line. There have been 7 payments posted, & I still cannot view it. I just made my 8th payment today which I will have to call on Monday to make sure that they post it to the Mar 26th payment. Also, I am not able to see my principal balance when I login either. I want to be able to view a complete breakdown of what is posted to principal & what is posted to interest. I WANT TO BE ABLE TO VIEW MY PAYMENT HISTORY ON-LINE WITHOUT HAVING TO CALL THEM EVERY MONTH. I AM GOOD CUSTOMER WHO FEELS LIKE I AM BEING PUNISHED. I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS TO THEM EVERY MONTH WITH NO RESOLUTION."
