Claimant says:
"I gave them a check for $9000 for a part of their business and 3 days later the bank called me and asked if I still wanted to them to cash the check. I told the bank not to cash it as I had second thoughts. I also told the people at Vision, while they were at the bank why I did not want to go ahead with this deal. They went to another bank and found one that would cash it and then lied to me repeatedly that they did not cash the check. I have a copy of the cancelled check and signature on back. They will no longer take calls from me. I would like my $9000 back!!!"
