Claimant says:
"They led me to believe they were a trading investment company
trading commodities. I invested 7100.00 into this company to find
out they were a gambling ring.I ask them for my money back
from what i had left in the account, But they seem to be stalling in
giving me a refund of the balance of 6675.00 in which they owe me.
They stated in their policy that it would take seven to fifteen days
to process a withdrawal. I requested one on April 23, 2012 and as
of today may 20,2012 I have not recieved it.
Can you please help me recoup this money.

  • I can be contacted by wwu_mail@126.com. If any of you want some evidence, I have 10 mins their greedy voice recording to the court. I also have some other proof that prove my >5000$ loss. I wish a very good layer can help us to go to court or financial police. ChargeXP etc (xoptionstrading.com, option-world.com.....many...) have sever in LA, CA. Hope some powerful government actions can be taken to chase them down to the jail.

  • I don't really have a solution - I sit in the same boat. They let me believe they were an online options trader. After I could see that they don't even plan to think to let me withdraw some money, I made my research (too late...). I found that the server for vipbinary.com is located in the Netherlands, the content (meaning the trading platform) is hosted in USA. their mail server goes over servers of Google. vipbinary.com uses a Credit Card Merchant Company that is also located in the Netherland. Have you guys had a look at the Terms

  • I too have been trying to get my money from vipbinary since 7/1/12.
    i have filed reports with the SEC, NASDAQ, PCI, New york state attorney general and my bank.
    Ironically according to PCI, their logo that appears on vipbinary website is being used illegally.
    A solution, a class action lawsuit and i want to see them put of of business.

  • Their emails never replied, their hotline never answered, their live chat; well i got banned from their live chat, how is that possible to get banned from live chat? So this is how ChargeXP Investments Ltd deals with funds withdrawal I guess.

  • This company should be put out of business and all operators put in jail. They are clearly a criminal enterprise and stole $2500 from me through thier Binary Option Xposed company and also thier Option World Company.They are currently under investigastion by at leas one countries goverment that I am aware of. they have people operating this "businesss of thiers in the US, Cyprus and the UK. Theier may be other lo cations as well. They also operate casino websites. The pupose for all of thier oprerations is to seperate unsuspecting individuals from thier money.Jail would be too good for them
