Claimant says:
"3 Time taken off work to have tech to come out to fix internet problem and this company reschedules twice while on the phone with the complaint department. Someone was supposed to be on site Friday 8/3 by 9:00am called to see what is going on and was told now the tech can't make it until 5:00pm tomorrow 8/4. While on the phone escalating problem get a voicemail stating a tech won't be on site until Monday. This is totally poor business and the complaint department wants to give me a 20 dollar credit (Are you serious?) I 've taken off work three time for this stupid company and want to give me a 20 dollar credit. I am one step from canceling and getting a lawyer to sue for my time off and not being able to work from home. No one in this company cares for their customers ."
