Claimant says:
"in September i spoke to an agent about saving money on bill.I was advised i could have international call for 14.99 a month unlimited. As we call Bermuda and Columbia. So I said ok. I ask its unlimited call he said yes.When i got the bill in October i noticed the bill said world plan 300 and was charged 66.03 additional calls.I called verizon and was advised that i only had 300 mins.Iwas not told about 300 mins.So i went back prior plan and he took off 82.00 for calls made.I told them if he told me it was 300 mins i would have never changed plan as my wife can use a phone card and talk for 5 hours at $5. On the next bill i received the charges was back on.I called again and was advised the reveiw denided the claim. I told her that i wouldnt have changed plain if was at 300 min.Ifeel i was lied to in this matter a feel i shoul not have to pay.Please can you help. Im cancelling service this week."
