Claimant says:
"Went to Verizon store off of highway 34 in Loveland was sold a jetpack to bundle computor and phone and was told it would work with our directv setup. when we got it home connected it, did not work. Took back to store several times to no avail. talked to several people and know one gave the some answer. then suddenly we received a bill for 2400.00, called right away and they said basically we just had to pay. they are seniors , and I'm disabled, not a great way to treat people, customers..we pay for (unlimited everything), they said the jetpack had suddenly went out , on its own, racking up gbs, we couldnt even get to work right ,suddenly its off and surfing?????.we canceled it immediatly, they said we had it from, 12-26-12 to 1-25-13. that is also false. i myself called and ordered century link on the 14th of january 2013, basically we only had that thing 2 weeks,they were quick to try to sell us on their own interenet co..I'm disabled can't work sure can't afford to pay that purposely high bill. talked with a eric and he said they'd take off $400.00 dallars, well that still leaves us with $ 2000.00 dollars we did not accrue ..we appreciate your help, please if you have questions please call..970-685-0460.. 970-218-9163. thanks ,and please help."
