"Ordered product vaposlim on Oct 3,2015. Product did not work for me so I returned product go company. delivered Nov 13, 2015 and signed for by R.Kenny. Have called several times talked to Olivia on 1-4-2016, talked to Duane on 12-29-15 and Dan who is suppose to be supervisor. Each person stated they were sending email to billing and I should have refund. Have yet to receive refund. I talked to other agents before this but did not get names. My refund should be $100. My customer #1038349 Order # ETIL-1038349-1 Cart number 1223PLPM.. The initial shipment was not complete, called and talked to Emma on oct 14,2015 and the rest of product was shipped."
