"I purchased a vacation package in Oct. 2012 for $4,916.00 which included an agreement for Vacation Inspirations to sell my existing timeshare with Silverleaf Resorts. They agreed they would do that within 180 days. Included in the contract was a charge fees noted above was $399.00 for documentation fees regarding the sale of the timeshare. Recently Vacation Inspirations (VI) put me in contact with a third party TimeShare Wholesalers of Pigeon Forge, LLC, (TSW) to complete the transfer of the timeshare with Silverleaf Resorts (SR). In the paperwork received from TSW they require $390.00 to do the transfer. I have already paid that in the cost paid to Vacation Inspirations. I have received repeated run-arounds in my frequent documented phone calls dating back to as early as June 7, 2013. I live in Texas but the transaction with VI took place in and contract paperwork shows Charleston, SC as the place of the transaction. I need help to resolve this issue. I have paid $76.00 each month to Silverleaf Resorts since October 2012 for maintenance fees and need to have this eliminated as the account from which payments were made has depleted."

  • Who is Mr. Fuller? I am Mr. Rhodes and all my contacts with Vacation Inspirations (VI) utilized that name. I have no aliases or dba names. Mr. Lavine should contact me via the contact information included on the contract and file. I strongly dispute the claim that there is no contractual requirement for VI to take my timeshare. I will attempt to contact Mr. Lavine to see if we can make some progress on this matter.

  • Who is Mr. Fuller? This is indicative of the way Vacation Inspirations works! If they would contact Mr. Rhodes via the contact information on file, things might work better. To date I have had one phone message, no person to person contact from V.I. so their rejection basis is totally false. I strongly dispute the claim that they have no contractual responsibility to take my timeshare. I will attempt to contact Mr. Lavine to make progress on this matter.

    "There is no mention in the contract regarding transfer of a timeshare interest. However, my client has attempted to cooperate. Mr. Fuller failed to follow through with the timeshare transfer company. Vacation Inspirations, LLC has no liability whatsoever to Mr. Fuller. If Mr. Fuller wishes to contact me, I will be happy to discuss the matter with him and attempt a resolution. I am the attorney for Vacation Inspirations, LLC.
