Claimant says:
"Sent a care package to my daughter in Angier N.Carolina and the package was stolen off of her front porch where postal carrier left it. the package contained over $300.00 worth of medical equipment. and aslo contained $160.00 of school supplies for my 2 grandchildren as well as clothing for these 2 grandchildren. The USPS tracking #911490123083767420838. Package was mailed out on 07/09/2014 was expected delivery date was priority mail 2-day, to be received on 07/11/2014. I paid $16.20 to ship out. This was a large disappointment to boerelyth myself and my daughter and her family. So I am expecting USPS to reimburse me for this package shipping costs as well as the value of this box and the items contained in that box. I have also received compalints from my daughter that 90% of all the past boxes I have been sending to her address have been looked like the box went through a war. Lots of those items were broken inside. Your carriers need to take better care in handling of these shipped items. Iam very disgusted with your service provided. I send 4 to 8 care packages a month every month to my daughter and all in her family. And have done so for the 2 years they have lived in N.Carolina. I expect prompt payment regarding this issue. And all to be handled in a timely manner."
