Claimant says:
"My Contract with US Cellular for the past five years included insurance of the sets. On the 27th of February while at work I noticed my phone went blank, then i thought it was charging problem but i did not have my charger with me. When i got home on the 28th I tried charging it but could not so it was clear the phone had problems. I immediately took it to the nearest store where i was told that since my phone was still covered by warranty they will try to repair it. However, on the 03/11/11, i was informed by US Cellular to file an insurance claim. Which i did in their office. To my surprise, the insurance co said my set was uncovered as at the date of damage which i put at 02/28/11. However, I suspect that US Cellular subsistuted the temporary one they gave me ( while mine was sent on repair) for mine set on the contract on 02/28/11. This is why the Insuance co said my set was not covered as at 02/28/11.Due to this the Insurance co is refusing claim for my damaged set. Please help!"
