Claimant says:
"I applied online for a debt consolidation loan in the amount of $6,000. My loan was immediately accepted. I was then directed to pay a fee of $29.95 and my money would be sent to my account in 24 to 48 hours. So I did just that. Unfortunately, my money never came. This was supposed to be a guaranteed loan with the fee being fully refundable."

  • The BBB is generally a waste of time. If you added "copy my claim to regulators" with peopeClaim they will contact the attorney general and other relevant regulators. Many regulators also seem to track PeopleClaims so they might find it from your post, but either way, you might be out of pocket on what you paid. One thing, check your credit card statements to make sure they don't add more charges. If they do, its illegal and you can contest it with your credit card company you might also be able to contest the original charge with your card company if they didn't delver the promised services. in any case, thanks for warning others and I hope you can get this resolved.

  • Unfortunately, there seems to be quite a few similar complaints and issues with this particular company and the company practices currently. The BBB has issued an advisory about this particular company and its failure to follow through on loans and failure to respond to consumers after paying the upfront fee to speed along the loan process. Because there is the possibility that this is a scam, you should contact your state’s Attorney General’s office as soon as possible, and inform them of what occurred. They can possibly open up an investigation into the practices, especially if other people in the state have also had the same experience with the company. In the meantime, you should also submit a complaint to the BBB so that they can continue to keep track of the complaints against the company.
