"I ordered the CLASSIC TALL 5815 boots last January 4, 2014, and I pAid by Charter ONE bank debit card and on January 7, 2014, they emailed me saying that my payment was cleared and so by January 11, 2014, and I was not home, and they charge me $20.00 delivery fee AND next morning I went to the post office and pick up my package and when I opened my package, it was a wrong boots and they mailed me a TRIPLET BOOTS AND THAT'S NOT THE BOOTS I ORDERED. WHEN I . TRIED. TO RETURN IT AND EMAILED THEM AND for 4th TIMESnnow and told I don't want ANYMORE BOOTS AND I WANT to credit my account. AND I asked them how to do the return and for the 4th TIMES they will email me "WE ARE SORRY WE ARE NOT IN OUR OFFICE RIGHT NOW AND WE WILL READ YOUR EMAIL". EVERYTIME I EMAILED THEM AND THEY ALWAYS REPLY like that. SO I PLEASE somebody help me to return the WRONG BOOTS AND I DON'T WANT ANYMORE BOOTS, ALL I WANT IS TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT. AND I EMAILED THEM THIS MORNING AROUND 2:30am an
d they emailed back again. " WE ARE SORRY WE ARE NOT IN THE OFFICE", AGAIN. For the fourth times. I AM TIRE. Of what. They are doing to me. PLEASE SOMEBODY, I. NEED. HELP TO RETURN THE WRONG BOOTS AND I DON'T WANT IT AND THEY REALLY. DON'T. WANT TO RETURN THE BOOTS AT ALL. BUT I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM MY ACCOUNT. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE. I. NEED. HELP. HELP. ME. PLEASE."
