"U-Glu advertised on TV this adhesive glue. The ad states: "Buy one ($10.00) get another one free + shipping and handling."

My invoice I received stated the following:

So, adding up my order comes to $24.99

Tax is $6.03 (Their Statement)

Shipping/Handling $33.95 ????

Total $74.97

The above amount was detailed in my receipt that I received. Only after buying the product, and receiving it did I find out that the shipping and handling is so incredibly high. I feel it was totally dishonest on their part to never make aware their cost for shipping and handling.

No where on the front page does it list shipping and handling at $33.95

This is more then even the product itself!!

I tried to access their Customer Service on their website, but their IP address does not work, I tried to access the TERMS AND CONDITIONS on their website and again, the IP Address does not work.

If I knew that the shipping and handling would be so expensive, I would have never bought this material. No where on their TV advertisement or their Internet site can you find the actual cost of shipping and handling. I feel that I have been misled and this is false advertising. I have never bought anything before where the shipping costs more then the actual item. I am extremely irate that this has occured AND IS OCCURING TO OTHERS!!! I don't know if I can receive any kind of refund or an adjustment to the bill.
