Claimant says:
"The oweners names of this company is: Kurt Vesecky, Brett O'Keefe, and Chris Christians. I received service that was not completed as promised and I want the owners to refund the amount of $342.90 to me, for this unfaithful business practice. I did not receive the service/business tht I purchased, and was told in order to amke my business work I would need to purchase an additional advertisment package, so I spoke with one of the owners (Chris Christians) the 2 additional owners are listed above, Chris was very rude when I was asking him allot of legitimate questions regarding the business, he started to tell me about what I need additionally to make my business with TV Travel a SUCCESS and there was 3 packets $2000, $3200, and $5200 packages and I told him because I have a illness of MS (Multiple Sclerosis) and I'm disable and on a fixed income I would need to really think about how I could get that type of money to do additonal advertising, I told him this should have been told to me before I joined and purchased the membership of $342.90 and I would not have joinbed because I know I do not have the max of $5200 nor the minimum of $2000 to give up towards the business and he got so up set and began to tell me that does not surprise him because he, hears excuses all the time, and I told him did you just hear me when I said I have a disease that has disabled me and I'm on a fixed income? he still proceed to be very, very rude over the phone and he said I am going to end this call and I will call you back tomorrow, and I am sure you will not start the business. I just said Wow! are you serious."

The claimant's settlement terms were rejected with the following explanation:

  • "The reason that we are rejecting her request is due to the terms and condition in which she agreed. First of all the advertising that was proposed was in NO WAY mandatory, it was simply a reccomendation that she declined. The fact is that she has NEVER once called us to express any regret, all of her websites are working and the advertising that she did purchase has been done and thus far resulted in 28 prospects that could turn into sales. Please have Ms. Harris call us for more detail. 866.829.7169"
