Claimant says:
"On July 1, 20016 2 Triton Air techs came to do their contracted six month, no charge service. We had purchased an air unit from Triton on 7-20-15 for $4,550. At that time we got the service "kit" schooled 2x per year, every six months, starting date, 6-10-15, ending date, 6-10-17. The initial payment was charged to a credit card and was paid. One of the techs, during the inspection, used our garden hose to rinse the air unit. He did not turn the hose off before they left our home, not did the other tech check the area to see that everything was okay before leaving. We discovered the running hose on July 4, 2016, when we noticed very wet ground around our garbage cans. We then turned the hose off and called Triton to let them know what had happened and that we expected that the water bill would be very large as a result of the techs negligence. The manager (owner?) said that he would have a check for us, covering the overage, when we got the bill. When we went to the business with the bill, the manager started arguing, and kept arguing about payment. As a result, Triton air paid nothing, leaving us with the bill of $646.71 compared to our regular bill of around $72.00. We still want payment for this overage caused directly but their neglect. We are willing to negotiate for a reasonable settlement. We do want a settlement and timely payment."
