Claimant says:
"He was hired to put siding and a new roof on my sisters house. He was told to talk to me or my liason as my sister has had a stroke and has poor memory. He charged more than his estimate. When I gave him 1100 dollars the last day I asked him if we owed him any more money. He told me no. the next week when my sister was by herself he went over and demanded 2900 dollars. she was scared and gave it to him. I have tried numerous times to get an accounting of why he charged almost 3000 dollars over and he has not shown me any paperwork. He does not return phone calls. I would appreciate help getting my sisters money back as she is now on a very limited budget. thank you patrice gowan"
