Claimant says:
"Okay my friend told me that she was at work yesterday and she had 28 rooms to do 8 check out and 20 refresh rooms so she was done her rooms by 4:24 and 2 supervisor came up to her and asked her is she done and she told them yea why ok they the other girls still got a lot of rooms so she went to the 2nd floor and asked San what else rooms she got to do so she gave her papers and say do my refresh rooms for me so she told her from the start that she was going to make the beds and take out the trash and she said ok so she went over there and made up 20 beds and take out the trash when she got done it was 5:24 so she told San I done everything but clean the tub and put towels in there when she got the work the morning Brittany bailey fired her said I left the girls hanging when in all she done 48 rooms and San only had 11 check out and they said she was there until 8 : 00 it doesn't take that long she always does that to stay on the clock to get hours every pay period she have over a 100 hours tell me that you don't see she dose this all the time so do I have a law suit case or what causes you can't fired someone for not doing someone else job if I do all her rooms then what she there for its a lot of things going on in there that's not right or fair"
