Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I purchased a Toro from Dannemiller True Value on 4-6-13. Have had to take it back twice for repair. They keep telling me that it is just water in the fuel and nothing is wrong with the mower. I have asked the hardware store and Toro to give my money back or give me a new mower and they will do neither. They said its their policy to fix it. But they don't seem to be fixing it and I have only had it for 3 months. I used the same gas station for 18 years and put the same gas in my old mower and never had a problem."

  • Its been at Dannemiller for evaluation twice already. A sales reap call them and there was nothing eles done. They both agree that it was the gas. Im tired of getting the run around and we can solve this buy you giving my money back.
