Claimant says:
"I contracted to sell my house for $225,000 to Tom Swisa at an address in Brooklyn on Tomkins Ave in March 2016.
However, I also was letting him act on my behalf to get payoff from the Wells Fargo Bank.
Mr Swisa says that it should be done in two parts. I signed a documents and one document was written information after I signed. I think according to Mr. Swisa I no longer have an interest in my 50% because I signed it over to him. However, there is my deceased husband 50% to also be resolved."

  • I am glad you made a public complaint.  This dude and bs realty office he has is dirty lying business.  Brings people to waste their time to promise them a home if they lay down 5k to 10k.  He had me and my spouse meet him and when we sat down to hear this story, we knew it was a scam.  Please donot go waste your time and money.  Be careful, go to a real licensed home expert like Century 21.  Donot believe lies about fantasy homes, that never show even 1 house.  Good luck to all.  But donot go to this dude.  Gives real estate professionals a bad reputation.
