Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I have made a payment for a dress for shipping back to me because I thought if I refused it that they would not charge me for it. Their ordering on line system is so messed up and the communication is so bad that I actually ending up paying for 4 dresses one of which I only needed. But because their payment site is so confusing they refused to give me any refund on the dresses. They kept saying that I had not made payment so I stupidly went ahead a paid again...and they kept making me more dresses!

I refused the third dress and they have it and I am waiting for them to return it to me and they keep asking for payment and tracking number which I have given them. I made payment for the shipping cost of $29.93 through pay pal on September 23 and they received it. I am so frustrated with the company as they do not have any consistency at all in their responses and I get the same run around from them when they message me.
