Claimant says:
"Have a 2013 Thor ACE in which all seat coverings are falling apart (not due to wear and tear) but due to inferior quality materials. Also outside mirror mounts are very badly corroded. Have also had to replace curtain linings. They disintegrated. Also had to replace part of counter top. Quite a few other ACE owners have had similar problems. RV is out of warranty but don't think we should be having these kind of problems in an RV that is only just 4 years old. Thor customer service said sorry, there was nothing they would do for us. We paid $70k for this RV expecting it to last the rest of our lives but now dont know how much it will cost to get these problems fixed. I'm sure it will be more than our retirement income will be able to afford and an expense that should not have occurred if the RV had not been a shoddy product. Thor and General RV should not be able to continue selling these inferior RVS to the unsuspecting victims."
