Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"The part I ordered and then received 8 months ago was not correct. After six weeks, I finally received a return authorization number and sent back the part. It's now been six months and not only have I not received a refund, they will return no calls or emails."

  • 08-19-2016 — I received email saying they do not provide phone support
  • 08-19-2016 — I emailed back and told them my problem
  • 08-25-2016 — I receive return authorization RGA# is 42696
  • 09-27-2016 — email requesting confirmation of credit issued
  • 10-21-2016 — email requesting date credit was issued
  • 12-05-2016 — email again requesting information on return
  • 01-30-2017 — 1 phone message each of 13 days through 02/22/2017
