Claimant says:
"I was evicted from room 318 of the Marshall Hotel on July 24, 2012, 9 days prior to the next due date of my rent. I had lived in that room for more that 25 years and over that period paid them in todays terms $120,000.00. In all that period I was never a day late in my monthly rent.

I would like their $180.00 security deposit back and either the personal possessions left in the room returned or payment for them. Following is a list of the items that I was unable to remove from the room.

100 Books value $500.00
Clothing value $1,000.00
Television Set value $75.00
Many pictures value $40.00
Small stove value $60.00
Silver ware and other items value $50.00

I would like either the items listed or a check for $1725.00"
