Claimant says:
"I was a resident for 15 months they called me repeatedly with all infractions. The apartment was vacated in May 2012. A judgment was filed in Johnson county court in June 2012 for $1400.00 I received a collection notice from Ncc Business service in September. Tessa at Boulevard sent me a copy of the list of charges and most of them were incorrect. The Collection company threatened to file against my housing if I did not pay them. I paid them $5184.45 to keep them from going after me. This debt was satisfied on 12/12/12. They have not removed the judgement from my credit. I have repeated called and asked them to remove because the debt was satisfied. They have repeatedly hung up on me or played dumb. Johnson County Clerk informed all they had to do is remove it electronically and have yet to do so. I am extremely frustrated."
