"6/25/2017 I purchased a bottle of Testosteron Boost on line for $5.95. The promised I'd have 14 days to try them out and I could cancel if I was not happy. I ordered the orininal order on 6/25/17 and was billed on 6/26/17. I received the pills on 7/8/17 and started taking them on 7/11/17. After 3 days I stopped taking them because they made me feel tired all the time. When I was doing some on line banking 7/15/17 I noticed that they had charged me $87.35 on 7/11/17. I called them about this and was told that I had been informed that I would only have 14 days to test them. They start counting the 14 days the day they bill be which was 6/26/17. I got billed  3 days after receiving my pills and 1 day after I started trying them.

This company is crooked. They sent no paper work with the pills, so all I have is the info on my bank statement which is www.biodianutrit.az and the phone number   1-888-548-2839 That is the number I reached them at.
On the bottle of pills it just has   distributed for Boost Columbia SC 29201  888-549-4735

4460857-135252. Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriously. Before customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.

According to our records,customer ordered our Testosterone supplements on a 14 day trial basis back on 06/25/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fee of $5.95.The trial expired on 07/10/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged $87.35 for the original shipment on 07/10/2017.

​Customer contacted our Customer Service on 07/15/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did.However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing a full refund for the charge on 07/10/2017 for any misunderstanding when placing the order.Here is the refund confirmation:

    It is totally unfair to tell the customer they have 14 days to test the product and then start counting the days down from the day you order, but take 13 days to deliver the product giving you only 1 day to test the product. Plus they said they don't do refunds or returns which is obviously a lie cause some people got their money back based on here
