"I ordered their services on 19-20-14 ang canceled the service on 11-30-14. An emai was sent with no response. On 11-19-14 I tried to contact them and was on hold for close to an hour, still with no response. I have sent many emails asking for some kind of acknowledgement. I think enough time has passed to get some kind of response! The service was charged to my Visa card and I would like a crediut iussued to my card. Can you help me. Please respond."
