Claimant says:
"9/15/2015,I was visited by a sales rep. by the name of Jack Wright representing Independent Home, a walk in tub supplier. The agreement I made with the rep. was $1000.00 down, the balance to be paid in January. The rep made a phone call and agreed that would be fine. The tub arrived and was installed, Not complete I might add. The next thing, I received an application from Synchrony Financial. This was the first I heard anything about this company. I returned the information to the company. I than called Synchrony, explained the situation, they insisted I had signed papers with Synchrony. This is a fabrication. Also, the names on the debits are incorrect. The signature on the sales contract is Hank Bauer, not Hank Bower, also the other name on the contract is Kandi Bauer, not Candy Bower.
I have tried to correct this problem, but Synchrony will not comply. My credit score has dropped from 840 to 690. I did not achieve a credit score of 840 by not paying my bills, or being responsible for my debts. The agreement between the rep for Independent Home and myself was to pay $1000.00 down and the remainder to be paid after the first of the year. This was done."
