  • Hi again. I do see your attachment now. It seems to me you should edit your claim so that the $70 you want credited to your account stands out as a claim demand. Also, I didn't understand that Synchrony is the bank that handles Amazon Card transactions. Your complaint is therefore with both Synchrony and Amazon. However, as it stands now, Amazon will never know about your problem You might see if you can get a copy of your claim sent to Amazon, too.

Another idea, did you know that you can rate both companies and leave comments on their PeopleClaim business profiles? Look for the customer satisfaction surveys on these pages:

    http://www.peopleclaim.com/complaint-history/amazoncom-headquarters-seattle-44393

By the way, on the Synchrony profile, if they don't respond to your claim, their business rating will be downgraded a notch every five days until it reaches "F."

  • Hi, I saw your claim against Synchrony Bank online, and thought I might be able to help. It's not clear to me what happened; the attachment you mention doesn't show up in the public posting. Did you intend it to be public, or was it marked private?

The other thing is, the claim asks for no money, but you do say you want money put back in your account. It might help the bank if you were to edit the claim so it requests this as a money item, a credit. Then they will see it clearly in the claim.

Another question is where does Amazon come into this; you said you were very upset with Amazon. This may be explained in your attachment, which isn't visible in the posted claim.
