Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"These people are rude and hung up on me 3 times without even wanting to hear what I had to say.they charged my credit card when I asked them not to I started to order the trial and then changed my mind and they sent the product anyway I got 2 over drafts . They owe me 300.00 for a refund. I sent everything they sent me back to them. They refuse to talk to me on the phone and are very rude. Because they charged my card I had 2 overdrafts and they shut off my phone and they owe me a reconnection fee. I will settle for 300.00 to cover everything."
