"BOUGHT RV JULY 6 2013, SIGNED CONTRACT TOTAL BALANCE DUE $56,066.82
JULY 8 2013 SUNSET CALLED SAID THEY ENTERED ONE OF THE AMOUNTS ON THE CONTRACT ON WRONG LINE AND WOULD WE COME IN AND RESIGN. THERE WERE CHANGES DONE ON THE CONTRACT THAT WERE NOT DISCUSSED OR SHOWN TO US. WE JUST SIGNED AS ASKED. DISCOVERED WHEN AT THE ACCOUNTANT OFFICE THAT THERE 2 NEW ITEMS ADDED TO SECOND CONTRACT, SOME KIND OF PACKAGE FOR $3,999.00, (DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS) AND GAP INSURANCE FOR $1295.00, WHICH COME TO $5,294.00 more which brings it to a new total of $63,296.51. i have called and spoken with Pr person, Karen, bookkeeping manager, Dena, who told me the general manager would call me first thing last Thursday morning, never received called. next. had a new couch installed, i thought. when we were called to come get the motor home, it was ready, we picked it up and when we turned around a corner the couch fell over nd my wife was thrown to the floor. Called Sunset RV and was told they knew it was fastened to the floor... also two items, toaster oven and a table lamp were taken while in their repair shop. We were told that the policy was if we didn't call within 24 hours that the items would be thrown out. they had the rv for ove a week , how are we supposed to know what they remove. my question to them is why those two things were removed in the first place. When i called to talk with the salesman many times, my calls and texts were never answered. I have been calling now for over a week and no one will return my calls. very frustrating. just would like some answers to my questions and why the contract was changed without discussion of added items. Very frustarating..."
