"I was persuaded to purchase a membership in the Suite Journeys vacation club with false promises of benefits that I was never able to take advantage of. I asked for a refund of my money, but was told that I would have to sell my membership to get out of it. In addition, there is an annual fee of $299. I requested to freeze the membership so that I would not be required to pay the annual fee at least, but the company continues to hound me for it. I would like to get out of this and receive a refund."
