Cathy O. says: We live in Australia and bought a membership in Florida USA for $USD5500 in 2014. We can't access any services here except discounted hotel rooms. We have paid between $USD299 to $USD 230 per annum every year except this one for one holiday in Puerto Vallarta Mexico and one cheaper holiday in Noosaville QLD over 11 years. It is a total rip off and a scam. Would like to get my membership money back but not sure how to do that
