Claimant says:
"On April 24, 2012 I took a brand new blouse in to be cleaned. It had only been worn once. The top was totally white, linen, with lace trim. Upon picking up my top the following week, I discovered it had brown spots. It had been faded and was now a dingy pale color. When I spoke to the owner, he claimed the spots were there when I brought it in. I know that nothing was wrong with the top when I brought it in. He is lying because he was not there when I brought it in. His wife was. They made a notation on the slip after they messed it up.
They messed it up and still charged me $6.10 to be cleaned. I want to be compensated for my top. It cost $30. Plus I want my $6.10 returned. Totalling $36.10 I know this is my word against his, but I have no reason to lie and take them a "soiled" top and expect them to perform a miracle."
