The claimant's settlement terms were rejected with the following explanation:
  • I disagree with the explanation / grounds provided

    "Mrs. Thompson ordered this program on 12/10/2013. At that time she was taken through a recorded verification explaining the terms of the agreement. She agreed to all of the terms as well as signed a legal and binding agreement on line. She claims that she did not do so but we have the recording of her agreeing to all of the terms as well as us going through the steps of signing the contract online. We also have the contract showing her signing the date, and her IP Address. The terms stated in the contract show the legal three day right to rescind, Mrs. Thompson never contacted us until January 7, 2013. At that time she claimed she had not signed a contract and had been explained the terms. We forwarded Mrs. Thompson a copy of the recorded verification as well as her contract. Mrs. Thompson has also received all 9 of her coaching sessions as well as other services. We are more than happy to continue working with her. If she is unhappy she needs to contact us and we will try to work something out with her."
